Clare Smyth, Chef Patron and owner of the world-renowned 3 Michelin star restaurant, Core by Clare Smyth in London will bring her unique dishes to The Festival 2025.
Core by Clare Smyth was the first restaurant to enter the Good Food Guide with a perfect 10 score and in just three years was awarded 3 Michelin stars. She has received numerous awards including the title of the World's Best Female Chef by the World's 50 Best Restaurants and catered for the private wedding reception of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Core on Course will be the first sporting hospitality experience of Clare Smyth and her extraordinary cuisine, offering the very best in food and Jump racing.
As part of your “Showplate” menu, Clare and her team have prepared a stunning six-course tasting menu, including the legendary potato and roe and core-teser, a glass of Dom Perignon to welcome you and three wines personally selected by Head Sommelier Gareth Ferreira.
