Identification documents such as passport number and expiry date if you are attending an overseas event

Health details or dietary requirements so that we can ensure your safety at all times whilst attending an event.
HOW DO WE COLLECT THIS INFORMATION?
We collect your personal details mostly when you contact us by phone / email / via an enquiry form on our website or by providing us with feedback following an event. We collect some information about your browsing activity when you use our website and you can see more details about this in our cookies policy.
We may receive information about you if you use any other websites we operate or other services we provide. We also work closely with third parties (including for example, business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, credit reference agencies) and may receive information about you from them.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
We would like to keep you regularly informed of our latest offers / availability / partnerships that we think might be of interest/relevance to you. We may send you marketing based upon our business to business relationship or if we believe you have provided us with your consent and then have not asked us not to send this. WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. For example; by law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for 7 years after they cease being customers for tax purposes and in order to defend ourselves against any contractual claims arising from the transaction in question or the end of the contractor other relationship .In some circumstances you can ask us to delete your data: That will not necessarily oblige us to delete all of it because, as above, we might need to retain some aspects of it to meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations to which we are subject. In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we are allowed to use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
